One of our most popular waxed truckles, a deliciously creamy Apple Smoked Cheddar Cheese. All of our smoked cheese are traditionally smoked on our farm for a minimum of 24 hours to create that depth of smokiness you can truly taste in our cheeses. The natural creaminess of our cheddar and smoking process is what enhances the taste to provide the best smoked cheddar to eat! We would pair this cheese with a lovely sweet chutney or a tomato chutney, with plain or chilli crackers to add those extra flavours and ‘WOW’ your tastebuds.
