Delicious warm food for corporate settings, intimate home gatherings and small celebrations. Our mini buffet brings chef prepared dishes straight to your event. A harmonious blend of taste and tradition, our ‘Flavours of Asia’ Classic Set features 6 thoughtfully prepared courses that celebrate the region’s rich culinary heritage. Enjoy sautéed Asian greens, a light and tangy soba noodle salad, wholesome brown rice with edamame, Korean-style yangnyeom chicken, tamarind pumpkin tofu with spinach curry, and a delicate lemon tartlet (please note this is different to the tart in images) for dessert.
