Description Phlox paniculata ‘Monica Lynden-Bell’ An upright, clump-forming, herbaceous perennial which has dark green leaves. From July to September, huge domed clusters of fragrant, tubular, pale pink flowers are borne. Grow in fertile, moist soil in full sun or partial shade.
