Sunraysia Five Star Apple Juice is made of a blend of Australian apples including Pink Lady and Red Delicious. Pink Lady has a pink blush over a greenish yellow base skin. Known as the Queen of apples, it is a crisp apple with a dense, firm flesh and an excellent, almost effervescent flavour. Red Delicious has a deep to bright red colour with mild sweet flavours and only a few notes of acidity. We get the pick of the Apples from our orchards in the hills overlooking the famous Barossa Valley Wine growing region of Australia.
