Our delightful, award-winning Sparkling Rosé Brut is made from carefully hand-picked Chardonnay, Reichensteiner and Dornfelder grapes. It has been produced using the traditional method of bottle fermentation where long ageing on it’s lees for over 18 months helps create a deliciously delicate yet complex fruit flavour.
