Strong, creamy Kick-Ass Cheddar, Y-Fenni with mustard seed and Ale (or choose from Harlech with horseradish and parsley or Tintern with onion and shallot) Delice de Cremiers, creamy Fourme D’Ambert, Little Lincoln Imp and Capricorn goat. (This cake will suit smaller weddings or those wanting a small cheeseboard to compliment other food). The cheeses on these cakes are to give an idea, you can select other cheeses instead.
