The estate has been in the Chaussy family for generations and is known for producing expressive wines that reflect the region’s warm climate and stony, clay-based soils. Farming is certified organic, a commitment the family adopted in 2012, and all grapes are hand-harvested from estate-owned vineyards. Mas de Boislauzon crafts both Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Côtes du Rhône wines, as well as their accessible La Chaussynette cuvée, each made with traditional Rhône varieties such as Grenache and Syrah.
