A delicate, crumbly goat’s cheese from Totnes in Devon. Ticklemore is lightly pressed in baskets and matured for just 2-3 months which give it a lovely white colour and mild flavour making it popular even with people who don’t like goat’s cheese. Made with unpasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.
