The Naniwa Chosera stone is premium-level sharpening stones that provide wonderful feedback and fast sharpening action. Available in 8 grits, they are used with water only. These splash and go stones measure 1″ x 4″ and are 5 mm thick and mounted on an aluminum blank that fits the KME sharpening system stone holder and the Wicked Edge Uni Stone Holder Paddles. — Coarse Grit Stones  (#400, #600, #800): Aggressive stones for stock removal, repairs, and (re)profiling — Medium Grit Stones (#1,000, #2,000, #3,000): Refines edges, performs maintenance, and suitable for minor repair and profiling work — Fine Grit Stones (#5,000, #10,000): Takes the edge to a whole new level with effortless cutting All stones will eventually wear and dish.
